Swaraj Barik’s Bare-Body Look from Swag Raja Unveiled; Film Set for 2027 Release

Bhubaneswar: Popular Odia actor Swaraj Barik is set to surprise audiences with a striking new avatar in his upcoming film Swag Raja. The makers have unveiled his bare-body look in the film’s first-look poster, offering a glimpse of the actor’s physical transformation and hinting at a stylish, action-packed entertainer.

The first-look poster, presented by Gurvvi Production in association with Sidharth Music, showcases Swaraj in a shirtless avatar, marking a departure from his familiar chocolate-boy image. The makers have also confirmed that the film will hit cinemas in 2027.

The excitement surrounding the film is expected to grow further, with the makers announcing that another look from Swag Raja will be unveiled on Sunday. The upcoming reveal is likely to offer audiences another glimpse of Swaraj Barik’s character and the film’s overall style ahead of its theatrical release in 2027.

Directed by Jagdish Mishra, Swag Raja is produced by Sargam Tripathy, Preety Choubey and Sai Sanatan. The project has been generating buzz since its announcement, particularly because it brings Swaraj together with Mishra, the director of the recent blockbuster Bou Buttu Bhuta.
The film’s story and screenplay have been penned by Amit Kumar Dash and Pranab Prasanna Rath, while Gaurav Anand is composing the music.

Swaraj, who was last seen in the romantic drama Khoka Bhai Tama Pai, had earlier described Swag Raja as a project that demanded a year of dedication and hard work. Announcing the completion of its shooting, the actor thanked the entire team, saying they had given their 200 per cent to every frame.

With its first-look poster now raising curiosity, Swag Raja promises to present Swaraj Barik in a fresh avatar. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release in 2027.
