‘Meow Meow’ Song from Guruji Namaskar Unveiled Ahead of July 10 Release

Bhubaneswar: The makers of the upcoming Odia feature film Guruji Namaskar have released a new promotional song titled “Meow Meow” on the Babu Bhai Production YouTube channel, adding fresh buzz ahead of the film’s theatrical release on July 10.

The peppy item number introduces newcomer Dipasa Maity, who features prominently in the song. The track is sung by Sanju Mohanty, with lyrics penned by Srikant Gautam and music composed and arranged by noted music director Abhijit Majumdar.
The song’s musical ensemble includes Jaga JD, Aju, Pramod and Manish, while the voice dubbing has been done by Soumya. The track has been mixed and mastered by Sundarram Jagadala at Prativa Studio.

The release of “Meow Meow” comes as Guruji Namaskar continues to build anticipation among Odia cinema audiences. Produced by Sanket Kumar Tripathy and co-produced by Illa Mishra under the banner of The Undergrads Production, the film is directed by Jitendriya Pradhan. Sarbeswar Sutar (Pua) serves as the creative producer.

The film features Aman in the lead role alongside Sukumar Tudu, Shivanshi Sen, Ilu Banerjee, Gourabb Mohanty, Shruti Das Mohapatra, Sanket Tripathy, Susil Mishra, and Puspanjali Sarangi in key roles.

Before its commercial release, Guruji Namaskar earned recognition on the film festival circuit across India between 2024 and 2026. The film, which celebrates the relationship between teachers and students while portraying the aspirations of rural youth, received appreciation and accolades at several festivals.

With the launch of “Meow Meow,” the makers have stepped up promotional activities for the film, which is set to hit theatres across Odisha on July 10, 2026.
