Bhubaneswar: The music launch event of upcoming Odia film Diary turned into a memorable evening at Adilakshmi Convention in Bhubaneswar, with the film’s songs receiving an enthusiastic response from audiences ahead of its teaser release scheduled for Monday.
Produced under the Adilakshmi Entertainment banner by producer Ardhendu Sahu and co-producer Adikanda Sahu, Diary is steadily building momentum as one of the anticipated Odia releases of the Raja 2026 season.

The film’s music, composed by Somesh Satpathy, has already struck a chord with listeners, while choreography by Amit Nayak and Lubun-Tubun has added strong visual appeal to the songs. The music launch emerged as one of the key highlights of the event, drawing appreciation from fans and film enthusiasts alike.
The makers have now turned attention towards the teaser, which is set to be unveiled on Monday. Promotional glimpses linked to the project — including a diary marked “2019” emerging from a box and the dialogue “Mo Thu Mo Jaen…” (“From Me to Myself…”) — have already sparked curiosity about the storyline.
Directed by filmmaker Susant Mani, Diary is based on a beautiful love story woven with emotions, mystery and suspense. The story, screenplay and dialogues have been written by Kuna Tripathy, while cinematography by Sitanshu Mahapatra promises a visually rich big-screen experience. The film stars Ardhendu, Jasmine and Pragyan in lead roles.
Earlier, the makers had officially announced the title Diary: A Story of Love, describing it as a journey where romance meets suspense and every page changes the game. A recently released poster featuring Ardhendu and Jasmine further highlighted the emotional core of the film, carrying the message: “A ‘DIARY’ is not just paper and ink… Sometimes it carries a heart that never moved on. Every page of the diary tells a beautiful story of love and eternity.”
The film’s promotional campaign is being handled by Pranay Jethi and his team. Amara Muzik has joined the project as the music distributor, while AAO NXT is associated as its OTT streaming partner.
With its music already winning audience appreciation and the teaser launch around the corner, Diary continues to raise expectations ahead of its Raja 2026 release.
