Pranay Jethi Honoured with ‘Best Media Planner Award 2025′

Bhubaneswar: Pranay Jethi was conferred with the prestigious ‘Best Media Planner Award 2025’ by Utkarsh Odisha in recognition of his outstanding contribution to media planning and promotion of Odia cinema.

The award was presented at the Utkarsh Odisha Awards, organised by young entrepreneur Bharat Pradhan.

The event was graced by several eminent personalities as chief and distinguished guests, including Ekamra Bhubaneswar MLA Babu Singh, Korei MLA Akash Das Nayak, former MLA Priyadarshi Mishra, Chhendipada MLA Agasti Behera, Biramaharajpur MLA Raghunath Jagadala, and Tarini Prasad Mahanti, among others.

Altogether, 30 distinguished individuals from across Odisha were honoured for their significant contributions to art, culture, business, and literature. Among them, Pranay Jethi—Media Planner and Chairman of AMA TV—was specially recognised for his consistent efforts to revive, promote, and widely publicise the Odia film industry, thereby playing a crucial role in keeping Odia cinema vibrant and visible.

The programme also featured deliberations on the future growth and development of Odisha. A special panel discussion was held on the theme “Odisha’s Growth Story: Strengthening Business, Culture and Creative Leadership for a Progressive Future.”

On the occasion, Utkarsh Odisha magazine was formally unveiled, and a new Utkarsh Odisha web channel was also launched. The channel will focus on programmes related to Odisha’s art, culture, literature, and business, providing a dedicated platform for creative and entrepreneurial voices of the state.

The award ceremony witnessed the participation of several prominent figures who have been actively contributing to Odisha’s cultural and economic landscape. The event was smoothly conducted by anchor KP, while the programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Bharat Pradhan, founder of Utkarsh Odisha.
