Pilot episode of new web series ‘Mahabahu’ released

Bhubaneswar: Noted scholar, spiritual thinker, author and a humanitarian, Dr Chandrabhanu Satpathy release of the pilot episode of the webseries “Mahabahu” a selected portion from Jaydev’s Shree Geeta Govinda, titled “ଦେହି ପଦ ପଲ୍ଲବ ମୁଦାରମ୍.” at Hotel Lyfe, Satyanyanagar, in the presence of Padma Shri Prof. Debi Prasanna Pattanayak.

The episode of the Webseries has been produced jointly by Premika Creations and AAO NXT OTT platform.

The emotive translation of the original Sanskrit Songs was done by Gopal Tripathy , IAS (Retd), Former Addl. Chief Secretary, Maharashtra and music directed by Renowned Music Director Late Sri Shantanu Mohapatra. The dialogues were written by Dr. Saileshwar Nanda and episode directed by Sri Ranjit Mohanty. The episode is Conceptualised by Pinaki Mohanty. Harekrushna Dhal & Jagruti Rath have performed in the episode.

Guruji HH Dr. Chandrabhanu Satpathy has also unveiled a short film on So Am I Foundation’s 5th Year Celebration. So Am I Foundation, a prominent non-profit organization committed to fighting hunger and malnutrition observed World Food Day.

This event aimed to raise awareness about the critical issue of food security in Odisha and beyond and was marked by a meaningful oath-taking, reaffirming the Foundation’s dedication to combatting hunger in Odisha through its “Hunger Free Odisha” initiative, followed by a panel discussion regarding hunger and malnutrition issues.

Speaking on the occasion So Am I Chairperson Sonali Mohanty informed, “So Am I Foundation is commited to make a Hunger & Malnutrition Free Odisha by 2030. The ‘Hunger Free Odisha’ initiative is a significant step towards a brighter, well-nourished future for our region.

Director of Intelligence Soumendra Kumar Priyadarshi told that So Am I Foundation, which was started in August 2019, has fed more than 20L needy people. So Am I had partnered with the Commissionerate of Police to take up sustainable livelihood of the slum dwellers under the Basti Ku Chala Initiative. Under the So Am I Rendering Assistance in Medicals ( SAIRAM) Initiative, the foundation has been providing hot & nutritious food to 600 patients and their attendants, daily at AIIMS since last 610 days.

So Am I Foundation in collaboration with the Geetadevi Foundation has been providing food to almost 250 attendedants daily at SCB Medical College, Cuttack.

Shirdi Sai Global Foundation has donated Rs 1 lac to the So Am I Foundation and the CBS cultural foundation has donated Rs 1 lac to Ummeedein Cancer Stay Home. Guruji was pleased to bless the visually impaired slum girl Asha for her beautiful singing. Guruji has gifted Rs.10,000 to Asha.

Chief Guest Chandrabhanu Satpathy appreciated the efforts of So Am I Foundation for their unwavering dedication in serving around 850 meals per day to hospital attendants in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. Success of the skill development programmes for the drug addicts and bringing them to the mainstream to earn a decent livelihood was also applauded. He admired the selfless contribution of the police force, doctors and the armed forces who efforts safeguard the society’s well being. It is such organisations that contribute in making a more compassionate and resilient world.
