New Odia movie ‘Devdasi’ title announced

Bhubaneswar: The title of New odia movie Devdasi was announced on Sunday. The SR Enterprisers and Six Elements LLC joint production title announcement event held at Hotel Lyfe in the presence of makers who also released the poster of the movie.

A mou was signed on the occasion between the two production house. The movie will tell the story of Devdasi tradition and will be directed by Aswin Tripathy who also wrote the story. This year Aswin was part of several hit movies that include Dotpen, Shanti Apartment, Sita and others.

The film will be produced by Rajesh Mohanty, Susmita Jena and Krupal Singh.

This will be first Odia movie venture if SR Enterprisers who had made several album’ms and had recently announced Marathi movie also.

The shooting will begin soon if the movie across the state and movie will be made in Odia and hindi said Director of SR Enterprisers and actress Swapna Pati.
