Jio Studios OTT – 100+ Titles To Nana Patekar’s Debut

Indian business tycoon Mukesh Ambani has now come to dominate the already cluttered Indian OTT space! An all new OTT platform has been launched by none other than Mukesh Ambani!

In a dazzling star-studded event held at Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai, the revamped Jio Studios was launched announcing an impressive slate of titles consisting of movies and series across several languages and genres!

OTT enthusiasts will be presented with several offerings in Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, South and Bhojpuri. Rumours have been floating around about Jio Studios merging with Viacom18 studios but no official announcement has been made so far.

It also should be noted that veteran actor Nana Patekar is all set to make his OTT debut with political thriller Laal Batti which is being helmed by Prakash Jha.

It is said that some of the biggest directors of Hindi cinema, including Raj Kumar Hirani, Sooraj Barjatya, Ali Abbas Zafar, Aditya Dhar, Prakash Jha, Amar Kaushik and Laxman Utekar, will be releasing their projects under the newly launched OTT platform.
