Akshay Parija Productions to Present Epic Stage Drama ‘Kanchi Bijay Katha’

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s leading Production House, Akshay Parija Productions, is set to stage the grand drama Kanchi Bijay Katha at Ravindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar, India in coming days.

This captivating tale revolves around the legendary love story of Puri Gajapati Maharaj and the Princess of Kanchi, highlighting their bravery and the divine intervention of Lord Jagannath to bring them together.

Produced by Akshay Kumar Parija, a stalwart in the entertainment industry with over 35 films and 8,000 television episodes to his credit, the stage drama marks his debut in adapting this timeless narrative for cinema. “This is just the beginning; the film will follow soon,” confirmed Parija.

Lala Biren Ray, renowned for his masterpiece Ahe Nila Shaila, will direct this ambitious drama. “We are committed to creating an epic theatrical experience for Odisha. Lord Jagannath will guide us on this divine journey,” said Ray.
