Abhishek Bachchan breaks his silence on taking a temporary break from new films

Actor Abhishek Bachchan who is known for his adventurous roles as cops, as a conman and others was not seen much after Dhoom. He, however, in the midway, before 2018 had taken a break. He, however said that the decision to take a break from new films was intentional in nature. He said he wanted to give some time for himself to re-evaulate and make a come back after that.

In a latest interview with a media organisation, he expressed his thoughts. He said that he was getting all that was required-films, money and even superhit films. However, soon he started to take a gap and even returned the signing amount from some of the makers of the film.

He said that it was just to take some time, select works based on his time and the hunger to give his best works. He last piece of work was in 2022 in film Dasvi where he was portrayed as a politician who was sent to jail. This year he was seen in a film starring Ajay Devgn and others named Bhola.
