Odia Film ‘Pashapali The Game of Politics)’ Audio Released

Bhubaneswar: The audio of upcoming Odia film “Pashapali (The Game of Politics)” has been released at a special event held at the Bhubaneswar Press Club of Odisha.

The film marks the debut of the Bikalananda Kar Productions banner in Odia cinema. The production house, associated with the Bikal Anand Kar brand and its interest in the arts, has ventured into filmmaking with the political-themed movie.

Former MLA and founder-chairman of Sambad, Soumya Ranjan Patnaik, attended the audio launch as the chief guest.
Producer Prashant Kumar Kar, director Sanjay Nayak, politician-turned-actress Srimayee Mishra, along with actors Poonam Mishra, Raj Rajesh, Kedar Mishra, Biranchi Nayak, Subhranshu, Disco Reddy and Guddu, among others, were present at the event.

Directed by Sanjay Nayak, the film features music by Malay Mishra. The director-composer duo has previously worked together on several successful films, with many of their songs continuing to remain popular among Odia music lovers.

Shubham is handling the cinematography of “Pashapali”, while Pranaya Jethi, Creative Head of Media Planner, is in charge of the film’s publicity and promotion.

The film’s poster had been released earlier, while the audio has now been unveiled. The production house said the teaser and trailer will be released soon.

Based on the theme of politics and the power games associated with it, “Pashapali (Khela Rajniti Ra)” has generated curiosity among audiences. The film brings together several experienced and prominent artistes under the direction of Sanjay Nayak.

Speaking about the music, Nayak expressed confidence that the songs of “Pashapali” will also become popular, continuing the successful musical legacy of his collaboration with Malay Mishra in their earlier films.
