No More Career Confusion as ‘Paddhati’ Aims to Guide Students Towards the Right Path

Bhubaneswar: An innovative AI-powered education and career guidance platform, ‘Paddhati’, was launched in Bhubaneswar to help students and parents make informed decisions about education and career choices.

The platform aims to identify suitable career pathways for students based on their interests, skills and aspirations. With the number of educational and career options increasing rapidly, choosing the right path has become a major challenge for students and parents.

‘Paddhati’ seeks to address this gap by bringing together guidance, information, opportunities and technology on a single platform. It will help students explore their potential and make more informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.
The launch event was attended by several prominent personalities, including popular Odia actress Sheetal Patra, filmmaker Sabyasachi Mohapatra, senior journalist Sangram Keshari Sarangi, diplomat Sanjay Panda, music director Babu, media planner PranayJethy, IITian Tripti Acharya and host Amrita Rath.

Actresses Sucharita Swain, Payalia and Arpita were also present at the event.
‘Paddhati’ founder Deepti Acharya and co-founder Madhusmita Dash said the platform was conceived as an effort to transform students’ confusion into clarity and help them turn their aspirations into a well-defined career path.

The founders said the platform seeks to empower students with the right information and direction so that career decisions are guided by individual potential rather than confusion or external pressure.
