Manoj Mishra and Arlin Ankita’s Emotional Journey Unfolds in ‘AWM’ Teaser

Bhubaneswar: The official teaser of the upcoming Sambalpuri film ‘AWM: Agney Weds Minal’ has been released, offering audiences a glimpse into an emotional story of love, relationships, courage, dreams and the choices that shape people’s lives.

The teaser introduces Manoj Mishra as Agney, a differently-abled man, whose life takes an unexpected turn after his marriage to Minal, played by Arlin Ankita. The teaser hints at the challenges, emotions and changes that unfold in the lives of Agney and Minal following their marriage, setting the stage for an emotional relationship drama.

Inspired by real-life stories and the lives of real couples, ‘AWM’ promises to take viewers on an emotional journey centred around love, relationships, courage, dreams and the choices that shape human lives. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release during Dussehra 2026.

The teaser features a song sung by renowned singer Shaan, with music composed by Akshay Vairagi and lyrics written by Ratan Pujhari.

The film stars Manoj Mishra, Arlin Ankita, Usasi Mishra, Shakti Baral, Sanjay Mohapatra, Akash, P Sima, Swagat Mahapatra and Milan Sahoo, along with other artistes.

Directed by Rishav Agrawal, the film is produced by Manoj Mishra, Mamta Nanda, Jagan Mahanta, Rishav Agrawal and Prashant Behera.

The story has been written by Narayan Rout, Manoj Mishra and Rishav Agrawal, while Rishav Agrawal has handled the screenplay. Atishay Mishra has contributed additional screenplay, with dialogues penned by Rishav Agrawal, Manoj Mishra and Ojaswini Mahar.
Presented by Manoj Mishra Films, the film is being made in association with Maa Sindura Gauri Productions, Shalom Films, Bhabya Films and Prakash Films.

Earlier, the makers had unveiled the first look of the film, officially introducing the title ‘AWM: Agney Weds Minal’ and announcing its Dussehra release. With the teaser now out, the film has further raised expectations among audiences for its story rooted in real-life relationships, emotions and the journey of a couple whose lives take a dramatic turn after marriage.
