Ardhendu’s Triangular Love Story ‘Diary’ Opens in Raja Market

Bhubaneswar: Adding excitement to the Raja festive season, the new Odia film Diary has hit theatres across Odisha. The film witnessed an enthusiastic response during its premiere screening at Maharaja Cinema Hall, signaling a promising start at the Raja box office.

Actor-producer Ardhendu Sahu, known for delivering action, romance and family dramas, has ventured into a unique triangular love story with Diary. The film features experienced actress Jasmine Rath and newcomer Pragyan Mishra in lead roles alongside Ardhendu.

The film had already generated curiosity among audiences through its mysterious teaser, which showcased a diary marked “2019” emerging from a box and featured the intriguing dialogue, “From me to myself…”.

The promotional material heightened anticipation about the film’s storyline and emotional depth.

Music has long been a major attraction in Ardhendu’s films, and Diary continues that tradition. The soundtrack, composed by Somesh Satpathy, is expected to resonate with audiences, while choreography by Amit Nayak and the duo Lubun-Tubun adds visual appeal to the songs.

Produced under the Adilaxmi Entertainment banner with support from co-producer Adikanda Sahu, the film is directed by popular filmmaker Sushant Mani.

The screenplay and dialogues have been penned by veteran writer Kuna Tripathy, while cinematography by Sitanshu Mohapatra promises a visually engaging experience.

The film’s promotional campaign has been managed by Pranay Jethi. While Amara muzik is the audio partner, aaonxt serves as the OTT partner.

With its blend of romance, mystery, music and strong production values, Diary is expected to emerge as one of the key attractions of the Raja movie season and keep audiences engaged throughout the festive period.
