‘Bindusagar’ Title Track Released; Soul-Stirring Song Sets Emotional Tone Ahead of April 17 Premiere

Bhubaneswar: The makers of the upcoming Odia film Bindusagar have released the film’s title track, offering audiences a deeply emotional and culturally rooted musical glimpse ahead of its worldwide theatrical release on April 17, 2026.

Presented as a soul-stirring composition, the title track captures the essence of tradition, relationships, and nostalgia that define the film’s narrative. The song has been composed and sung by Ashish Pradhan, whose evocative melody blends classical influences with contemporary cinematic storytelling.

The lyrics, penned by Durga Madhab Panda, reflect the film’s core idea — how small emotional moments come together to form a larger journey of life and belonging. The music has been co-produced by Roumyaj Pradhan, with traditional shehnai performed by Ghanshyam Chand, adding a distinctly rooted soundscape.

The track was mixed and mastered by Roumyaj Pradhan, while vocals were recorded by Sambit Kumar Mohanty at Somesh Studio in Bhubaneswar.

The film itself is directed by Abhishek Swain and written by Abhishek Das, and produced by Shiladitya Bora. Additional producers include Vinay Reddy and Shubho Shekhar Bhattacharjee.

Bindusagar has already generated considerable buzz with its first-look teaser, poster releases, and its premiere at the International Film Festival of India. Rooted in Odia culture, the film explores themes of love, loss, faith, and homecoming, aiming to connect with audiences through an emotionally layered narrative.
