New Škoda Kushaq Showcased in Bhubaneswar; Empreo Group Offers Premium Customer Experience
Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s leading automobile dealership Empreo Skoda hosted an exclusive preview of the new Škoda Kushaq at a private hotel in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday, offering customers and media a first-hand experience of the upgraded SUV.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from customers, media representatives, and distinguished guests, as the vehicle’s advanced features were unveiled.
The program was inaugurated with a ceremonial lamp-lighting by Empreo Skoda Chairman Gangadhar Samal, Managing Director Dr. Avinash Samal, CEO of Empreo Group Parthasarathi Guru, and Regional Sales Manager of Škoda Auto India Pradeep Kempanna.
Later, the formal unveiling of the SUV was carried out by Empreo Skoda Business Head Pyari Mohan Jena and Sales Manager Ranjan Ghadei.
Premium Design and Segment-First Features
The new Kushaq stands out with a refreshed premium design featuring modern front and rear styling, LED headlamps, sequential turn indicators, and an electric sunroof. A notable segment-first addition is the rear-seat massager, enhancing passenger comfort.
The SUV boasts a 5-star rating in Global NCAP safety tests and comes equipped with more than 40 safety features. Rain-sensing wipers, auto IRVM, and rear defogger are now standard across all variants.
Performance and Technology Upgrades
For the first time, an 8-speed automatic gearbox option is available from the base variant. Performance enthusiasts can opt for the 1.5 TSI engine paired with a 7-speed DSG gearbox. Higher trims also offer all-wheel disc brakes, panoramic sunroof, and a 26.03 cm virtual cockpit display.
Pricing and Service Network
The 1.0 TSI range of the new Kushaq starts at ₹10.69 lakh, while the more powerful 1.5 TSI variant begins at ₹18.79 lakh (ex-showroom). With over 325 service centers across 183 cities, Škoda’s “You Never Drive Alone” promise ensures enhanced customer support nationwide.
