Prakruti Mishra Blossoms at IFFI Goa with Bindusagar

Goa: The red carpet at IFFI was ablaze with glamour as actress and singer Prakruti Mishra graced the premiere of her much‑anticipated Odia film Bindusagar. Dressed in a stunning outfit designed by Lovina Nayak, she exuded elegance and confidence, sharing her festival vibe with the words: “Eat diamonds for breakfast and I shine. All day+++.”

Produced by Platoon One Films and Boundless Blackbuck Films, in association with MDC Filmworks, Bindusagar is directed by Abhishek Swain and written by Subhasish Das. The film also stars Dipanwit Das Mohapatra, Sonali Sharmistha, Satya Ranjan, Robin Das, among others, weaving a heartfelt tale of love, loss, and rediscovery.

The story follows Aishwarya, who returns to her ancestral home in Bhubaneswar and meets Raghunath, an elderly man struggling with grief. The film’s visuals — from serene temples to lush greenery and urban landscapes — beautifully capture the soul of Odisha.

The gala premiere was a celebration of storytelling, talent, and the rise of Odia cinema on an international stage. 🌸✨
