Trailer of LADHEI Released

Bhubaneswar: This Diwali, DRS Enterprises presents a new Odia film titled LADHEI. Ahead of its grand release, the trailer of the film has been unveiled Friday.

The trailer launch event was held at the Adilaxmi Convention, attended by the film’s producers, director, cast, and technical crew. During the celebration, the cast performed to the superhit dance number “Kaanji Torani…”, thrilling and entertaining the audience with their energetic moves.

The highlight of the film is the debut of Lohitakshya, who steps into the Odia film industry with LADHEI. With an impressive look and strong style statement, Lohitakshya will be seen in a powerful role. Directed by Ashok Pati and produced by Debasish Pattnayak, the film stars debutante Abhilipsa as the female lead opposite Lohitakshya.

LADHEI is based on a strong, original, and unique storyline. The story, screenplay, and dialogues have been written by Bharadwaj Panda, while Kuldip has handled cinematography. Alongside Lohitakshya and Abhilipsa, the film features Pritiranjan, KK, Bibhas, Udit Guru, Somesh, Madhu, Smita Choudhury, Manoj Dandapat, Rajlakshmi Dakuwa, Ravi Narayan Behera, Sushant, Rajlakshmi Mahapatra, and Ashok Pattnayak in key roles.

The music is composed by youth favourites Gaurav Anand and Somesh Satapathy. The songs, written by Dr. Nirmal Nayak, Bapu Goswami, and J.P. Wordsmith, have been sung by renowned singers Kuldeep Pattnaik, Asima Panda, Antara Chakraborty, Swayam Prabhas Padhi, Ananya Shritam Nanda, Saurabh Bharadwaj, Gaurav Anand, and Somesh Satapathy. The title track also features a special rap performance by Rapper Addiction. The film includes a total of four songs, with choreography by Amit.

LADHEI will be released in around 50 theatres across Odisha, and also in Pune, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. The film’s distribution is being handled by Prakash Films. Scheduled for release on October 17, coinciding with the Diwali festival, the production house is highly optimistic about the film’s success.
